Relaxing Riverhead Retreat is located 3.5kms from Markovina Vineyard Estate which is about a 5 minute drive.
This tastefully renovated retreat is a stunning character bungalow that was built in the 1920’s. With an impressive kitchen, a very pleasing open plan living area, three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a peaceful and private sunny deck, you will find this is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Accommodating up to eight people, the Relaxing Riverhead Retreat is a cost effective solution for family and friends to come together and enjoy each other’s company.
Hobson Motor Inn & Wings
The Hobson Motor Inn & Wings is about a 12 minute drive from Markovina Vineyard Estate. This is a perfect choice for large groups of family or friends who want to stay together while attending an event at our Estate.
With 29 self-contained 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units set in spacious park-like grounds, you can easily make multiple bookings to suit your needs.
Facilities include a large outdoor swimming pool, sauna, spa pool, mini golf, Sky TV, and guest laundry. There is also an outdoor BBQ area for entertaining and children’s play area to keep the kids amused.
Vineyard Cottages
Surrounded by vineyards and nestled in the picturesque countryside of the Waikoukou Valley, the Vineyard Cottages take you back to a time with their Victorian styled self-contained character cottages.
Only a 12 minute drive from Markovina Vineyard Estate, Vineyard Cottages offer a peaceful and relaxing space for everyone to enjoy.
Rosebud Cottage
Rosebud Cottage is situated on Freshwater Farm, a unique and secluded 13 acre property in Waimauku. Located approximately only a 13 minute drive from Markovina Vineyard Estate, Rosebud Cottage is the perfect romantic getaway for couples who want something very special.
Rosebud cottage overlooks a lake in a delightful rural setting where you can luxuriate in an outdoor claw footed bath. This French inspired cottage is wonderfully cosy with fresh flowers, chandeliers, an electric log fire, and a covered courtyard.
