Hire a Mobile Boardroom or Conference Venue - From only $1,000 + GST

For a conference of 30 or less consider hiring a mobile conference venue. VIPER is a lounge coach which is perfect to hire as a mobile conference venue. The venue will come to you and is fully licensed so can serve your staff and clients beverages during your conference.

When hiring our venue for your conference you have the freedom to make use of our extensive gardens and entertaining areas.  Arrange team building activities or simply relax between sessions and enjoy the sunlight and wide open spaces.

Conference Spaces

You have both our main conference space to make use of plus you can use our indoor smaller function room either for a smaller conference or as an activities room or break out space. Get away from the concrete walls of the city and enjoy the relaxed learning environment that our estate has to offer.

Mobile Venue

We can arrange a conference venue to come to you, and it may cost less than you think. This VIP space gives guests the chance to relax and enjoy something quite different and travel to various locations during the day.  Perfect for guest numbers under 30.
