Terms & Conditions: Celebrating 60 years with 60 gifts for our next 60 weddings booked valued at $60,000!

1. The Offer

Markovina Estate is offering 60 Gifts to the next 60 couples that book their wedding at Markovina Estate.

2. Eligibility

• This promotion is open to new bookings only.

• A "qualifying booking" is defined as a signed venue agreement (contract) accompanied by the required deposit payment.

• The offer is limited to one Gift per wedding/couple.

• The wedding must be held on an available date at Markovina Estate as per our standard booking calendar.

3. Promotion Period & Quantity

• This promotion commences on Friday, 1st May 2026.

• The promotion is limited to exactly 60 Gifts.

• The promotion will conclude automatically once the 60th qualifying booking has been confirmed by Markovina Estate.

• There is no set end date for this promotion; however, Markovina Estate reserves the right to provide updates on the number of remaining gifts via our website or social media channels.

4. Redemption

• Couples will be notified at the time of booking confirmation if they are within the first 60 couples.

• If the Gift won is for a wedding day related upgrade, it can only be used on the wedding date booked.

• The Gift is non-transferable (excluding public event Gifts highlighted below), non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied as a discount against the standard venue hire fee or catering costs. The value of the Gift does not contribute to the minimum spend for the wedding date booked.

• If the Gift won is for a table at one of our public events and you cannot attend, the table can be gifted to a family member and/or friend of your choosing and they can attend on your behalf.

5. Cancellations

• In the event of a wedding booking cancellation, the Gift will be forfeited.

• If the Gift has already been received/redeemed at the time of cancellation, Markovina Estate reserves the right to add the retail value of the Gift to any cancellation charge that may be issued (subject to our standard Cancellation Policy).

6. General Conditions

• Markovina Estate reserves the right to verify the validity of all bookings.

• We reserve the right to amend these terms or withdraw the promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, provided that all existing confirmed "First 60" recipients receive their promised incentive.

• By paying your deposit and signing your contract during this promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
