In the lead up to Christmas, Markovina Vineyard Estate have some great options for your staff work event whether you have an intimate group or larger company.
Our Christmas party packages include everything you need for a great event. Stunning venue, great food, inclusive beverage package and a DJ to ensure that your guests can party the night away.

Booking an exclusive event
Enjoy the exclusive use of our venue
In the lead up to Christmas, our key Friday and Saturday evenings are really popular and we offer our Combined Christmas Parties or the ability to book our venue exclusively.
For these peaks, Friday and Saturday nights close to Christmas, groups of 150 or more can hire our entire venue exclusively, or we have smaller minimums for daytime, other times of the year or by joining one of our Combined Christmas Parties.
If you have a minimum of 80 guests you can join a Combined Christmas Party but hire one of our dining event spaces for your company exclusively.
To join our Combined Christmas Parties, we book tables for a minimum of 10 guests.

You can just book a table at one of our events
For smaller to medium-sized bookings, you can gain all the benefit from a great night with loads of energy and plenty of people on the dance floor, simply by booking into one of our combined Christmas party nights.
We can book in groups of 10 or more guests for these events.
We open up nights for our most popular events, these include our Dine & Dance event, Boogie Nights party or Medieval Feast themed event.
Menu & Beverages
Great food and indulgence leading up to Christmas
All of our Christmas event menus include canapes on arrival, a beautiful main meal followed by sweet treats and a cheese selection.
Each of our events has its own menu, and when you are booking an exclusive event we can personalise your menu to suit your requirements.
When booking one of our events with an inclusive beverage package, your wine, beer and non-alcoholic refreshments are all included in your per person price for 4-hours. Just remember, we can’t serve any underage or intoxicated guests.
DJ & Dancing
We ensure the night doesn't finish straight after dinner
We include a DJ with all our corporate packages for over 80 guests including all the dates we open for combined Christmas parties.
A good DJ is essential for a fun night and we want to ensure that you and your guests have a fantastic time. There is plenty of space on our centrally located dance floor to have a good boogie and celebrate the year that has been.

Dine & Dance or a themed event?
Choose whats best for you, dine & dance or add a theme
Our Dine & Dance package has all of the key elements you need for a successful event – great venue, fantastic food, beverage package and DJ. This is by far our most popular event.
To add something extra you can choose one of our great themes or we can work with you to create something completely different. A good themed event is the perfect ice breaker for your colleagues.

Christmas Functions FAQ
Can small companies book into your events?
Yes, we have a range of dates that are open for combined Christmas parties. For a date that is open, we can book a group of 10 or more. Alternatively, we can open a new date for a group of 60 or more.
Do you only offer the inclusive food & beverage package?
For exclusive events, we have much more flexibility on the package offered. However, with our combined events, we usually offer the Dine & Dance inclusive package or one of our inclusive themed event packages.
How much alcohol is included in the package?
There is no predetermined limit on the inclusive beverage package. However, we will not serve intoxicated persons or minors.
Does your menu cater for gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian guests?
Yes, we do have specific dishes available in each of our menus to cater for these requirements. We can also cater for other specific requirements when requested.
