For smaller companies, we can host more than one at a time which gives you a higher chance of the venue being available at this time of year.

Want exclusive use of the venue?
Friday and Saturday nights in the lead up to Christmas are always the most popular booking dates. For these peak nights, groups of 200 or more can hire our venue exclusively with no venue hire charge.
We reduce the minimum group number for daytime Christmas events or for bookings on Sunday to Thursday. If you’d like to book the venue exclusively but don’t quite have to 200 person group, give us a call and see if these other options would better suit your Christmas party.
But our exclusive bookings don’t stop there.
If you have a minimum group of 80 people, you can hire one of our dining spaces for your company alone. These areas are unique, spacious and perfect for companies with staff numbers sitting in the small to medium range.

Smaller groups can also enjoy all the benefits of a Christmas party at Markovina Vineyard Estate. Book a table for your group of 10 or more and share that Christmas joy with other groups on the dance floor.
For smaller groups, our venue can be a restaurant and night club all in one. Spend time with your workmates and, when it’s time to boogie, the DJ will be set up and ready to go.

We wholeheartedly believe that sharing food is one of the best ways to socialise.
For this reason, we offer an extensive menu that is created on site by our very own chefs. When it comes to food, we go all out and tailor our menu to suit the Christmas season. This includes canapes, a main meal and a selection of sweet treats and cheeses to finish.
If you are booking an exclusive event, you will have the opportunity to personalise your menu.
And if you choose one of our inclusive packages, your wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages will all be included in the price per head. We will happily cater to all dietary requirements as well.
Love a theme party? We do too!
Come Christmas time, the workplace is well ready to escape the office and have some fun. Themed parties really get people out of their shells and allow them to reveal their silly side. We encourage our guests to add a theme to their event and we have a huge range to choose from. Our themed party packages include decorating the venue (in theme of course!), a DJ, use of the dance floor, and great food and beverage.
You are welcome to choose from our variety of themes but if you have something else in mind, we can refer you to a great theme company. Otherwise, feel free to set things up on your own.
